
We are pleased to announce the First SINS Young Meeting, dedicated to PhD students and Postdoctoral researchers under 35, entitled “Connecting Young Brains To Advance Neuroscience”. The event will take place at the Centro di servizio di ateneo per le scienze tecnologie per la vita (CESTEV) in Naples on June 22-23rd, 2026.
Italian Neuroscience plays a key role in the international scientific landscape, both for fundamental research and for the numerous investigations exploring the molecular bases of nervous system disorders. A crucial contribution to the success of Neuroscience in Europe comes from the work of young Italian scientists, whose research achievements have gained recognition at an international level.
The Young Meeting will provide a comprehensive overview of the new perspectives emerging in Italian neuroscience research. PhD students and Postdoctoral researchers under 35 will be the main characters of the congress, presenting their projects and sharing novel findings. This meeting aims to foster interactions, promote the exchange of ideas, and create a valuable platform for discussion among young neuroscientists. At the end of the event, outstanding young researchers will also have the opportunity to be acknowledged for their exceptional scientific contributions.
